Mondays - 10am-11.00am Hatha

Slow vinyasa flow synchronising breath with movement, no sun salutes, including guided flows and relaxation.

Tuesdays 6pm-7pm Power Yoga

Slow but stronger vinyasa flow, including full sun salutations, guided flows, some stronger postures with modifications for yogis with previous experience.  There is a short relaxation at the end of the class.

Wednesdays 6pm-7pm Gentle Yoga

Yoga Gently a very gentle class including pranayama, synchronising breath with movement, creating spaces in the joints including some standing flows and qigong. 

Fridays 10am-11am Yoga Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa mix yoga, to include sun salutations, pranayama and a mix of the week's classes with a relaxation at the end of the class. 

Savasana on an adhoc basis free to regular students and £3.50 to non students - 30 minutes

Savasana, a guided relaxation, a time for rest and relaxation.  Settle down into your mat, chair, sofa or bed, use any props you have, blankets, bolsters, eye bags, pillows and find a moment to nourish and recharge.  Gentle breath work together with a visualisation or yoga nidra.


£7.00 drop in per class or for a recording of the class for own use

£30.00 for a class pass monthly to attend any classes

£3.50 to non regular attendees, free to regular students.
